Who is Lebra Jolie?

Lebra Jolie is one of Houston’s most dynamic emerging voices in hip hop, bringing raw energy and southern swagger to every record. For her single “Yeah” featuring BIA, Interscope tapped ASTRL Projects to document the moment and create standout visual content to accompany the release.

THE CHALLENGE

With a major-label single release and two powerhouse artists on set, the creative team needed behind-the-scenes coverage that didn’t just document — it had to elevate. The goal was to generate cinematic BTS content and stills that would capture the essence of the artists, the atmosphere, and the collaboration in a way that felt polished, real, and market-ready.

ASTRL Projects moved seamlessly alongside the video production crew to capture intimate, high-energy, and editorial-grade moments without disrupting the flow. Our goal was to blend documentary-style BTS with a refined, campaign-ready visual language that matched the tone of the track.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Captured still imagery throughout the shoot, including editorial-style moments, candid frames, and press-ready selects. One of the photographs was selected by the label to serve as the official single cover art — extending the impact of ASTRL’s presence on set beyond BTS.
